He believes that people have the ability to expand their potential and lead a happy fulfilled life that they desire. His passion is to make a positive difference to people through his coaching expertise. He has coached students, young professionals and mid-level managers, leaders and entrepreneurs across diverse industries and cultures.  Kharrthik has coached people on diverse areas ranging from personal development, time management, making career choices and career development, team management and leadership development.
